My tree trimmer broke a portion of my ranch style vinyl fence.  Having used Sparta Fence in the past, I  contacted Sparta and explained to them what happened.  They had me send them a photo of the damage and within minutes contacted me back with a reasonable and economical solution.  I know have a new replacement rail and it looks as good as new! This teams is amazing, they provide me a quote in a very speedy time, Dominic followed up in a quick but sensible manner. We reviews the quote and contract. Dominic answered all my questions and we agree on the price, all in a few days. We moved on to schedule the work and Dominic communicated everything very well and had all the answers for me. We agree on a mobilization day and worked on details of the hardware for the post at the same time. I had a few questions that surface while I was clearing some brush to get the site ready for installation, Dominic acknowledged my concerns and addressed everything. Mobilization day came, the crew showed in time and ready to work. We had a walk through and I got out of their way, they finished the work as described every day and we had no issues at all, they showed up the second day on time and ready to work. Dominic showed up at the end of the project  he arrived while the crew was still on site, we walked the entire site look at everything and inspected the the site with the crew present is card they needed to do anything else. All my concerns were addressed and we closed the deal. Not one bad thing to say about the company nor the crew. We love the work and it is very refreshing to work with such professional and hardworking team. Had a fence fall over during a storm recently and needed a new fence. Quote was given to me within hours of contacting them, crew came out the next week and handled everything with zero problems. New fence is amazing, workers were top notch, communication was perfect. Had a few other people quote, and they were easily the best priced.
